Diversity and Inclusion
Diversity and Inclusion
The College’s ethos is built on the basic tenet that each member of the College is an individual to be valued and that all members of the College have equal access to opportunities and experiences offered.
The College strives to remove obstacles that may impede progress and development on grounds of gender, ethnicity, disability, age, religious belief, sexual orientation. It will also promote equality of opportunity and a positive awareness of diversity across all areas of activity.
The college also aims to foster an environment where freedom of expression and debate flourish.
Each year our Diversity and Inclusion team (made up of 3 staff members and 2 student officers) hold a variety of events, and celebrations to celebrate the college’s diverse community and promote inclusivity.
Here are some photos of our most recent D&I related celebration events held in college and campaigns we have participated in.
